Replacement Certification Cards
Scuba Sciences can help you obtain a replacement certification card for most agencies! For just $40 plus tax, we will research your certification, process your photo, and provide you with a new certification card. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. A temporary certification card may be available once everything is verified. $40 research fee must be paid in advance before research will begin. No refunds if certification is not verified.
