Pre-Trip Meetings

A Pre-Trip Meeting Information Sheet

Pre-trip meetings are held before every Scuba Sciences' trip.  Pre-Trip meetings are usually held the Monday before California Trip Departures and 10 days prior to International Trips.  Please check the on-line calendar or check with Scuba Sciences' for exact dates of the pre-trip meeting for your trip.  The meetings run from 6-7 pm at the Metro Store (8502 N Black Canyon Highway).

During the pre-trip meeting you will:

  1. Meet the staff, Dive Masters and Instructors for that trip.

  2. Meet fellow divers for the trip.

  3. Receive a trip itinerary.

  4. Receive a trip packing list (what to bring, scuba gear, clothing, etc.)

  5. Watch a pre-trip video.

  6. Complete a series of liability forms.

  7. Any questions, you may have will be answered before we leave for our trip!

The pre-trip meetings are run by the staff for your trip.  Pre-trip meetings cannot be re-scheduled.  Please make every effort to attend.  If you miss the pre-trip meeting, you need to contact the store to receive the trip details.  You will watch your video and complete your liability forms prior to the trip departure.
