Two types of "SafeAir" Nitrox courses are available monthly!

Sport SafeAir Nitrox

(Can use 21-40% Oxygen)

For all sport diving

Complete SafeAir Nitrox

(Can use 21-50% Oxygen)

Pre-requisite for technical SafeAir diver, rebreather, or Dive Master Course

Price for basic students only:

$150 and includes:
*Classroom training
(1 session-evening or Saturday)
*Textbook
*1 pool session using SafeAir
*Additional pool practice sessions are $10

Price for basic students or certified divers:

$210 and includes:
*Classroom training
(2 sessions-evenings or Saturday)
*Textbook
*1 pool session using SafeAir
*Additional pool practice sessions are $10

Two ocean dives are required for final certification. Any Scuba Sciences' California trip is available for "SafeAir" Nitrox certification! Please see calendar or store employees for current details.


Basic students can certify in both Basic Ocean Diving and "SafeAir" Nitrox on the same trip!
