The Expert Course can be started at anytime!  
The schedule revolves.  Start this Week!

Now that you are a certified diver, and have been taught to safely dive in the ocean, the next step is Scuba Sciences' Expert Course!  Our Expert Course has been recognized by SSI (Scuba Schools International) as a very complete, comprehensive, and informative class!  The "Expert" rating is a much higher ranked diver than just an advanced diver.

    Scuba Sciences' offers the most training for your diving dollar!  Why pay a per-specialty price, when you can receive classroom, pool and/or open water training for over 35 specialties!

Expert Class Schedule

Pool Subjects

Pool Session #1

Basic skills review-complete review of swimming, snorkeling, scuba assembly and scuba skills

Pool Session #2

Advanced skills-learning to trust your equipment, your buddy and yourself while diving!

Pool Session #3

Stress/Rescue-a complete pool session training divers to assist tired divers on the surface, unconscious divers at depth, and 
panicked divers on the surface.

Pool Session #4

  • Underwater communication - various ways to communicate with our buddies

  • Lift Bags - practice skills using lift bags to recover objects and use as an ascent buoy

  • Line Work - practice skills using line reels for buoys or safety lines

Pool Session #5

  • Buoyancy Perfection-many different underwater skills designed to perfect our buoyancy

  • Navigation practice skills underwater with a compass

  • RBS - Redundant Breathing Systems - practice skills for yourself and buddy

Costs

$250.00 per person including the 
Expert Diver Pouch with textbooks.

 

Two ocean certification trips sometime 
during your class!  Any Scuba Sciences trips are available for Expert Certifications.

Trips

As an Expert Student, you will complete your open water training over a minimum of two Ocean Trips.  You will need a beach trip, as well as a multi-day boat trip.  You can choose from any Ocean Trip on Scuba Sciences' schedule.  Here is more information on the California Dive Trips!
